The PYP at CI has been
designed to provide developmentally appropriate learning for the very young.
In the Early Years section children aged two and half to six are provided
with a variety of activity that stimulates their social, emotional, physical
and language growth.
Through play children learn to negotiate a variety of social situations,
they learn to cooperate and interact with each other, as well as further
develop their self help skills.
The skills learned in the Early Years section, provide the foundation for
their primary years.
The staff are specifically trained to work with Early Years Children,
creating a stimulating
and exciting learning environment that is designed to cater to the
developmental needs of
each individual child.
